Managing Attorney Kyle Pierce is a lifelong Alabamian who grew up in Attalla, graduated from The University of Alabama, then Samford University’s Cumberland School of Law. His practice focuses on Criminal Defense, Appeals, and Probate to combine hard work with a modern data driven approach to solving client problems.
Partner Attorney Beth Clayton Pierce is an Auburn University graduate who practices primarily Family, Divorce and Child Custody law. She believes that when you do the right thing for your kid, the rest of the issues start to fall in behind.
Associate Attorney William Delahay is a graduate of The University of Alabama and George Washington University. He works to assist Kyle & Beth, while serving his own clients, to ensure that nothing falls through the gaps.
